Organizational skills and time management come into play here. When one is running their own business, it is essential that they are aware that work does not take over and become part of their whole life. It is important to separate this.

This is more of a practical approach in finding a way to move forward in your life and the way in which you work. A lot of people will find a therapist, but this can be more casual without much of a structural format.
