In fact, many companies not only add sugars to their healthy fruit juices, they remove things such as fiber from them. They add ingredients to them that are not healthy and extract some of the nutritious ones that are and then expect you and I to drink them? These health drinks will put your body into survival mode and it will start storing body fat.
You need to ditch your processed food. These have many additives that your body does not want, Stay away from them and you will start to feel better.
Margarine contains trans fat. You do not want it. It will give you higher levels of cholesterol which can lead to coronary problems. Butter believe it or not has saturated fat in it. This type of fat you can burn off. So if you are active enough it will not do the harm that margarine will.
You also need to cut out the breads and the pasta's. The pizzas, the apple pies, cakes, all of the comfort foods.
If you do not get this right then no amount of exercise will help you to lose weight and keep it down. You must first get your food intake right.
